Our sensitivity to the environment brings very interesting results in the quality of wines and
also at the human level. It is indeed a great pleasure to feel in harmony with nature, however
much attention is needed both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Biodynamics allows a global approach
to the plant and the environment depending on the influences coming from the earth, air
and water. The goal is for the vine to flourish in the best environment which will make it less susceptible
to pests and will limit the application of copper and sulfur. As a priority, we try to develop
the microbial life of the soil, as well as, the roots to draw out all of the useful elements. We favor
the development of many grasses, wildflowers, and weeds (annual and perennial) which provide

In the cellar, we intervene very little with the wines. There is no exogenous input and as little
transfer as possible. All of our wines are without sulfur or fining agents and are not filtered with
the exception of wines with residual sugars.
