  • This wine is fermented spontaneously.
  • Other Information:This rosé wine is picked by hand from organic Malbec parcel, macerated for about 15 minutes in the press, pressed into juice and fermented naturally in a stainless steel tank. It was kept on light lees for a few months and bottled without fining or filtering.The wine is fruity and has plenty of notes of strawberries and raspberries. Great wine to enjoy with rich country side salads or couscous and other veggie dishes. The label is designed by Finnish illustrator Jenna Kunnas and it shows the wild roses that grow in the property.
