NOT FILTERED AGING: IN ITALIAN TERRACOTTA FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS BOTTLING: BETWEEN NOVEMBER – JANUARY WITH AGING FOR 3 MONTHS IN THE BOTTLE SULFITES: NO ADDED SULFITES

LA RECOLLA WAS BORN IN 2004 AFTER MY TWENTY-YEAR EXPERIENCE IN THE FAMILY COMPANY WITH THE IDEA OF PRODUCING WINE EXCLUSIVELY FROM ITS OWN VINEYARDS. TODAY THE COMPANY IS COMPOSED OF 6 VINEYARDS, OF WHICH 4 RECOVERED FROM ABANDONMENT, SPREAD OVER THE TERRITORY FROM THE HINTERLAND TO THE COAST, FOR AN AREA OF APPROXIMATELY 6.5 HA. THE CONVERSION TO BIODYNAMIC AGRICULTURE HAS BEGUN IN 2018. VINIFICATION TODAY IS TOTALLY FREE OF OENOLOGICAL ADDITIVES AND FILTRATION.
