TODAY THE COMPANY IS COMPOSED OF 6 VINEYARDS, OF WHICH 4 RECOVERED FROM ABANDONMENT, SPREAD OVER THE TERRITORY FROM THE HINTERLAND TO THE COAST, FOR AN AREA OF APPROXIMATELY 6.5 HA. THE CONVERSION TO BIODYNAMIC AGRICULTURE HAS BEGUN IN 2018. VINIFICATION TODAY IS TOTALLY FREE OF OENOLOGICAL ADDITIVES AND FILTRATION.
