something

La Cave aux Fioles, it’s in the south of France, Roussillon and nowhere else. Since 2018, I work with passion and respect for the nature of the farm called “Mas Vespeille”, century XIV. My small plots of old vines are on a windy, dry clay and limestone terroir. We are certified organic and are excited to begin with the biodynamic. My commitments are on low yeldings, manual haverst and soft vinifications to respect the quality of the grappes. We produce the wine we love to drink: hand craft, beloved and without anything chemical junk.
