Louis and Charlotte Pérot cultivate 3 hectares of vines planted with Merlot and Malbec, 30 minutes west of Cahors. Their cave is dug into the limestone rock near their house where temperatures are perfect for the wines. Louis and Charlotte’s winemaking is simple; Fruits are painstakingly selected, destemmed by hand and fermented slowly. Sulphur is never added and wines are not fined or filtered!
