From the Grower
"This wine is reminiscent of the fruit of its cousin "Cuico" (snob) from Champagne, but it is much less serious. You have to be patient when opening the bottle, as the pressure can be stormy. Its color is rather pale red and cloudy, the fine crazy bubbles are mixed. On the nose, aromas of red fruits and yogurt. In the mouth, it is sparkling and fresh."

something
Since 2016, we have been making minimalist wines from different sectors of the Colchagua Valley that we love. All wines are made, aged and bottled from a shared winery (in the commune of Nancagua) but with our own equipment. Each wine is made by hand to create an image, a story related to the grape variety or blend and the terroir from which it comes. To do this we will use all possible vinification and aging methods without the slightest intervention or correction and without fear of experimenting to obtain a unique product... sometimes a minimum dose of SO2 will be applied. We do more than adapt to the differences of the vintages: we embrace them and try to highlight them by presenting a new image of Colchagua each year.
