Additional Information
Lighter style of Grenache. Similar to a Rose but made like a red wine. Fermented on the skins for about 3 weeks in a stainless steel open top fermentor. Punch down only. Pressed off and put to old 400 L and 500 L neutral barrels. Aged on the lees until racked to tank just before bottling. Roughly 14 months.
