From Clos Mullet. Owned by Mike Roth of LO FI Wines. Gamay in the front and Cab Franc in the back.
This is a small vineyard that is owned by Mike Roth. One of the owners of Lo Fi wines along with his partner Craig Winchester. Gamay in the front and Cab Franc in the back make up the Clos Mullet Vineyard. Open top stainless steel fermentors. No plastic was used in making of this wine. Old 500 L neutral puncheon once it was removed from the stainless steel. Punchdowns only. Aged on the lees until bottled in December.
