Additional Information

Our best vineyard of Saperavi from the Gulgula terroir provided us with an unmatch ripeness for this 2022 vintage. We were so impressed with the overwhelming concentration and richness of the juice that we got, that we decided to call it : The Beast! The nose is explosive and shows fragrances of blackberry jam, Creme de cassis and dark plums. The palate is very silky, sweet plums and boysenberry lead the show, they are followed by warm spices and roasted cacao. The finish is comforting and suave. A beautiful wine to be enjoyed by a fire pit, with blue cheeses, chocolate cake or BBQ.
