Saperavi is one of the most noble and ancient grapes, it has the particularity to produce color inside the pulp of the grape (most grapes only produce it in the skin) The carbonic maceration offers us the most fruity and playful aromas from this grape. Cherry candy, plum sauce and blackberry liquor jump off the glass. Thai very ripe saperavi finishes on notes of sweet spices and jammy fruits.
