Additional Information

Alcohol:12.5% Bottle size:75cl Average age of vines: 30 years Grolleau which ferments with whole bunches for a fortnight, before being pressed off to rest for nine months in fibreglass vats. This is light, bright and beautifully lifted, its gorgeous fruit seasoned with plenty of earth, pepper and spice, making for a formidable bistro wine.
something
Jérôme Lambert cultivates 4 h planted with up to fifty years old Chenin Blanc. He also farms a little Gamay and Grolleau. Jérôme uses nothing but grapes to make his wines. They are not fined or filtered! His simplicity in farming method leads to easy drinking wines without pretension where the fruit truly reveals it’s opulence.
