something
We are a small local family-run business, only 9500mq of vineyards, and 5000 bottles per year are produced. We produce three kind of wine: Malvasia-Riesling blend, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. We are worth looking into the quality of our wine (wine’s quality). Mechanical processing instead chemical is used, and the biological management of the vineyard is our choice. White wine macerations and refinements of red wines take place in amphoras. The production started in 2017. Keeping the rhythm of nature without forcing, patiently waiting for a product that, transformed by the hands of man, becomes an integration between history, landscape, work and love for the land. this is our production spirit. In 2008 the first vines, 800 square meters of Cabernet Sauvignon and Malvasia di Candia for family use but sufficient to reveal how much that land, due to exposure, composition and climate, was suited for the cultivation of vines. In 2013 then the next step, the planting of a vineyard for productive use. Mainly Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon and then Riesling. Choices of vines dictated by old passions and availability of rooted vines ...The other choice, that of organic cultivation has always been, with green manuring and mechanical interventions, exclusively and strictly organic treatments. Subsequently, the Passerina plant and the grafting of part of the Cabernet Sauvignon with Lecinaro and the completely new plant with Angelica (a disappeared native vine) 80 vines for study purposes, completed the availability of land for planting vineyards.
