All the grapes are harvested by hand into boxes, with a careful selection. We pick up just the best grapes, which have reached the right maturation point for doing skin contact. The fermentation has happened with its native yeast and with the skins, into stainless steel. The wine has been resting and aging in contact with the skin for a long time. The wine has been neither filtrated nor clarified. For this reason, in the bottle there is a natural deposition of some sediment, index of genuineness.
