CAROSE', 2021

Il Monte Caro is a family run farm founded by Enzo Marcolini in 1986 when came across Mount Caro, fell in love with the place and decided to begin a new life and agricultural adventure. Today the initial dream has grown with his two sons who are expanding their work on the vineyards and olive trees with new side projects such as beehives, veggies and spontaneous herbs. The goal is to enhance the biodiversity of the Mount and this is a ever evolving process, which makes the farm such a vibrant place! In every vintage they produce wines that respect and tell the story of their land by using only the best organic grapes and without the use of any winemaking additive.
