Alcohol: 14.5% Suitable for both vegetarians and vegans • Wild yeast fermented. • Fermentation in cement, clay amphorae and barrel. • Nature of maturation: in 500 litres French Oak barrel (new 2-3 years old). Tasting Note: A very gradual and slow ripening leads to great concentration and natural acidity, with an extra degree of freshness and length.
Hodgkinson-Mas del Habanero 2015 is our first family wine produced in the Priorato, Catalonia, Spain by the 3 Hodgkinson brothers. We elaborate our wines naturally using our own grapes exclusively from our property. We have been in the Priorato since 1972. We are actively looking for importers and distributors in Europe.
