Hacienda San Juan Chardonnay, 2018

"This Chardonnay comes from select vines in the Casablanca Valley, which has trapped the breeze of the Pacific Ocean and the minerality of its terroir, with slow maturation. The vineyard is run organically with rainfed cultivation (unirrigated for the past eight years, due to the cool temperature, humidity, and depth of its soils). Its fermentation is completely natural, carried out with its own native yeasts. Its aroma evokes notes of mangoes and ripe white peaches that expand in one’s mouth in exquisite equilibrium, complexity, and unique persistence."
