Additional Information

Alcohol: 12.5% Bottle size: 75cl Certified Organic Average age of vines: 10/30 years Hand harvest, Indigeneous yeasts, 6 months in oak cask, and 2 months in tanks. This vintage comes from the purchase of grapes harvested and vinified by us. We only work with winegrowers certified in organic farming or in reconversion. This wine is a continuation of our Macon-Villages. The chardonnay expresses itself in a beautiful way on our clay soils limestone: fresh, mineral, and slightly lemony.
something
Our Familly was one the first Organic domain in France in 1954, then in1978 my parents started their own domain (Guillot-Broux ) and now work 15 hectares of vines (60 % Chardonnay,20 % pinot-noir and 20% Gamay). All our wines are produce in indigenous yeast, with a low level of Sulfit. I am also the author of two graphics novels “Un grand bourgogne Oublié” and a third one is on his way for the end of this year.
