"The nose has a fruity impression of fresh strawberries, plums, and apples, which gradually give way to a subtle aroma of Ceylon tea. The palate is mellow, with an impression of fresh, sweet and sour fruit, just like the aroma. The volume is compact and the finish is dry. The lingering aftertaste is softly spreading with herbal nuances and broth-like flavor extracted from fermenting the wine in clusters."

About Grape Republic
Established our vineyards and winery in 2017 in Yamagata prefecture,northeast Japan.We have been practicing organic farming from the beginning.The climate is quite warm and humid.It is a big handicap for grapes.But we struggle with those situations and still keep going.Our grape varietes are mainly hybrid grapes called Delaware.She has pink skins,so we can make both white and amber wines from her. Wines are made from 100% grapes,I mean using wild yeast,unfined,unfiltered,without any additives as much as possible.
