Established our vineyards and winery in 2017 in Yamagata prefecture,northeast Japan.We have been practicing organic farming from the beginning.The climate is quite warm and humid.It is a big handicap for grapes.But we struggle with those situations and still keep going.Our grape varietes are mainly hybrid grapes called Delaware.She has pink skins,so we can make both white and amber wines from her. Wines are made from 100% grapes,I mean using wild yeast,unfined,unfiltered,without any additives as much as possible.
