The vineyards are all managed organic since 2017. I asked for the certification in year 2020 as the year where I found natural proucts that helps me agains the downy mildew, because on the high risk of exceed in the cupper limits. From 2020 I am working in biodynamic as well. My winery from 2020 has changed and I am dreaming to become a farm. I seeded the Spelt tio produce my own pasta, I am planning a forest plantaion, a fruit trees plantation, to insert the sheeps etc. etc.
