Alcohol: 14% Suitable Vegan and Vegetarian (Certified Vegan by the Vegan society) -Manual harvest -Wild yeast fermentation with temperature control for a few months in stainless steel vat fitted with thermostat (the gross lies were kept in the vat during the wine’s fermentation) -3-5 years’ ageing on the fine lees, in used French oak barrels of 225Litres and 300 litres. -Natural malolactic fermentation Tasting Note: A naturally aged sweet wine, copper/amber in colour, with aromas of dry fruits and nuts and a full palate with flavours of mature yellow fruits and a long, sweet, aftertaste.

Georgas Family is a BD wine grower and organic winemaker, located outside of the capital of Greece, Athens, in Spata. Spata located in the wine zone of Mesogaia at the region of Attica, which is the historical center of the Savatiano grape variety as well as the infamous Retsina wine, the resinated wine that dates back to ancient Greece. Speaking of tradition, Georgas 4th generation, traces their wine growing history to more than one century back.
