The wine made from Rkatsiteli grape varieties grown in Ojio, Region: Kakheti, Georgia, by traditional kakhetian method, full-skin contact for seven months in Kvevri. The wine is made by precept of natural winemaking. Vineyards are treated only with biological substances.
