The 2022 'Fire Fuego' Sauvignon Blanc comes from Denmark St. Vineyard, which is farmed regeneratively. Farmers Eric and Holly Clouse have eliminated synthetic pesticides and herbicides, use no-till practices, and minimize irrigation and tractor passes to farm in harmony with the natural world. The wine was fermented carbonically, on it's skins and stems, for 6 days prior to pressing, then aged in neutral French oak for 4 months. This wine is 0/0, meaning it has no sulfur or other additions or removals. Alcohol: 11.6%, pH: 3.47, TA: 6.0 g/L
