Field Blend Pet Nat, 2022

We produce our wine in Sonoma, CA at a cooperative custom crush facility called Magnolia Wine Services. Fresh Wine Co // FRESCO sources grapes mostly from Sonoma Valley, and works with growers to transition towards regenerative agriculture. No FRESCO growers spray herbicide or synthetic pesticides. Many of these farms have transitioned to no-till or dry farm practices. This low-touch ethos is brought into the winery, and FRESCO wines are made naturally with little or no sulfur, depending on the cuvee.
