Winemaking is traditional and low intervention. Grapes are fermented on skins using indigenous yeasts. The wine is allowed to undergo malolactic fermentation. The Pinot ages for two years in 225 and 500 litre oak barrels. The majority are seasoned as they only use new oak when they need additional barrels.
A fine, fresh and aromatic Pinot aroma with lovely herbal spices and a hint of toast. Silky, highly elegant and aromatic on the palate, this is a full-bodied, juicy, intense and perfectly balanced with very fine tannins and a long, persistent finish.
