It is the historical wine of our territory, the historical vine in our area.

We vinify it by respecting what naturally comes from our vineyards to bring its history and its characteristics to the glass of those who enjoy it: only steel for about a year in the cellar and then in bottle about a year after the harvest.

Fruit full and immediate to return to the flavors of when we were kids.
