Additional Information

Albarossa: grape discovered in 1934 by Giovanni Dalmasso while trying to hibrid Barbera and Nebbiolo, later understood to be Nebbiolo di Dronero mostly known as Chatus.

Dr Jekyll and Mr Hide in the same glass, part of our culture for its taste and its ties with our Land: it was first discovered and planted literally next to our Rocca Grimalda Vines.

Very different taste, we like it and we like it alone, as we feel his unparallel ageing capacity
something
We are two friends that believe in making good terroir wines following byodinamic & organic cultivation, without the use of sulphites, selection of yeast or filtration.
