"Mostly composed of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this wine is powerful, complex and tannic. What defines Equinox is the balance between the spicy aroma of the Syrah, the fruity aroma of the Cabernet and the complexity from the wood of the barrels in which it is aged. Its nose has intense notes of blackberries, along with leather and hummus. The oak barrels used for its elevage can be subtly noted and provide nice structure and body."

We are a family-owned single-estate property located at the foot of the village of Ramatuelle. We live on the vineyard and practice a holistic approach to farming, harvesting and winemaking. We believe in letting nature do its thing, and refrain from using pesticides, herbicides or allergens. Our vineyard is farmed using organic and biodynamic farming practices, and we produce our wines without sulfites. Our vineyard and wines are the sole certified organic (AB) and biodynamic (Demeter) in Saint-Tropez.
