Additional Information

We farm our grapes according to organic and biodynamic farming practices, preserving the integrity of our fruit and protecting them from synthetic chemicals. We use a draft horse in the vineyard, and welcome herds of sheep each year to help us trim our cover crops.

We are a family-owned single-estate property located at the foot of the village of Ramatuelle. We live on the vineyard and practice a holistic approach to farming, harvesting and winemaking. We believe in letting nature do its thing, and refrain from using pesticides, herbicides or allergens. Our vineyard is farmed using organic and biodynamic farming practices, and we produce our wines without sulfites. Our vineyard and wines are the sole certified organic (AB) and biodynamic (Demeter) in Saint-Tropez.
