This new exclusive cuvée is a batch of 250 bottles from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The grapes have not known any treatment. After the harvest, they have been directly put into an amphora for maceration and fermentation. After the fermentation, the wine has been manually transported in buckets, to avoid using any mechanical pump, directly into a small stainless steel vat to store it before bottling.
