This micro-cuvée of the single varietal Mourvèdre is made from grapes from one of the highest quality plots of the estate. With only 45 ares, we produce some 500 bottles of this singular cuvée. This red wine is generous and opulent, with a nose of very ripe red currants and blackberries. Serve at 16 degrees for it to realize all of its potential.
