Additional Information

Half of the fruit is foot tread and left on skins for 24 hours, and the other half is direct pressed. The juice is barrel fermented and left to rest on the lees. Bottled after ~10 months

Florèz Wines was founded by James Jelks, a UC Davis alumni with astute knowledge of winemaking. Having done his time in many parts of the world working in wine, James finally decided to establish his own label in 2017 in Santa Cruz.
