From the Grower
"Intense rosè color with garnet reflections and fine elegant bubbles. At the nose it has delicate floral and cherry bouquet, constantly evolving thanks to the long aging of at least 20 months before dègorgement. At the palate it is fresh and fruity with persistent taste and a nice acidity, balanced by a light sugary note."

Ferretti Vini was born in 2014 in Case Cocconi in the fertile Po Valley of Campegine, between the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Parma, in Vinegrower’s family since the early of 1900s. An idea of us sisters Elisa and Denise, supported by the important experience of father Sante as a cellar master, to discover the real tastes and aromas of the wines of our tradition , as expression of our Terroir.

The wine is made in vineyard”
… this is the philosophy at the base of our production of Natural Wines refermented in the bottle.

Our wine infact is obtained from the manual harvest of the selected grapes of native vines in our 3 Ha of vineyards, conducted in according to the principles of organic farming and conservative pruning about Simonit and Sirch’s method.

As old tradition, the fermentation takes place naturally with the indigenous yeasts of the grapes, without clarification or
filtration. They are for this reason live wines, with a very low content of sulphites, maybe a little “naif” and different every
year, constantly evolving over time thanks to the long aging on their own yeast. We like define them “wines with no time”.
