At the forefront of the organic movement, now led by the second generation with Naline Dupuis Desrochers and Géraud Bonnet, we are still innovating thirty years after, offering blends that bring a country air to your taste buds where the distinct notes of this exceptional, unique and all natural product reveal the echo of a dream dipped in reality. Fed by the nordic climate, the Upper Laurentians sculpt an authentic and robust ecosystem. The air and water purity that cajole our region inspires us to respect nature, to protect the ancestral heritage that flows into the production of our honey wines.
