The company is located in the municipality of Rocca Susella (Pavia – Italy), on the Pernione hill and it covers 26 hectares, 4 of which are cultivated with vineyards. The natural vocation of the area for producing high quality grapes is exemplified by the simple natural agronomic techniques which need the usage only of manure or green manure where and when it is required, and the turfing of grape rows with regular mowings during the year. These techniques enable the plants to make their fruits attain the complete vacuole maturation in a natural way, thus obtaining products with high organoleptic properties.
