Enolito Santa Ildegarda, NV

We produce enoliti, i.e. wine-base drinks with cold plant infusions, without adding sugar, honey, alcool. We are three friends, two natural wine lovers and an herbalist and we take inspiration from Hyppocratic wines, from the past. We just use wine from small winemakers from Sicily and we make few bottles of each one (less than 1000 of 0,5l)
