Additional Information

Vines planted between 1968 and 1998. Hand-picked grapes. Gently pressed direct to stainless steel for fermentation using natural yeasts, 10 days on skins. Six months untouched before racking by gravity and bottling. 90% of the grapes comes from the 2019 harvest and 10% comes from the 2018 harvest. The wine is aged for a year in 300L old French oak barrels.
