Here is the star wine of the winery, made in memory of his grandfather Cesáreo Compañón (El Mozo) responsible, with his sons Felix and Alberto, of planting this vineyard. It is a typical farm of the area, located on the hillside and with a lower part planted with Tempranillo (70%) and an upper part planted with Viura and Malvasía (30%). The plot, also called La Regoya is located at 566 m with a calcareous sandstone soil. Minimal intervention viticulture is applied and both it and the wine have an organic farming certificate. During vinification, the wine ferments in semi carbonic maceration in a 40-hectolitre French oak vat. Right there, the wine matures for a further 12 months, until the next harvest, to which we must add another 12 months in the bottle.
