"Tangerine, nutmeg, spice, with boiled lollies and nashy pear lead the aromatics. Crunchy, juicy palate, with lovely structure, just enough grip to keep you going back to the glass for more."

Additional Information

This wine is a field blend, all varieties are picked on the same day. Every variety is fermented on skins with the exception of the Colombard which is pressed and the juice is sent back on the skins of the other varieties. Colombard is usually naturally much higher in acid, which brings balance to the rest of the field blend.
something
The philosophy of Dominio de las Abejas is very simple: sustainable vineyard with organic certification by CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers) and minimal intervention winemaking. Wild fermentations, no corrections, no fining or refining.
