Top shelf Sauvignon blanc. Inspired by winemaking from Styria and Jura. Long time of must-oxidation, afterwards fermentation in tonneaux. Not topped up, non ouillé. Complex, iodine, nutty, citrus flavors. I deeply recommend to decant and aerate for at least 30 minutes!
