Additional Information

Virtually unique in that Thierry is one of the last growers to have vineyards planted to it. It is related to Cinsault, another Mediterranean grape variety and is normally delicate and fruity. • Manual harvested • Partially destemmed • Carbonic maceration • Maceration for 15 days • 12 months ageing in 500L barrels • Filtered TASTING NOTE: Aromas of violet, camphor, myrtle and pepper. The palate is bursting with lovely ripe fruit, silky tannins and mineral touches.
Thierry is 3rd generation winemaker and one of the first producers of organic wines in the Languedoc. He continues his grandfather’s legacy of preserving amazing ancient varieties (Oeillade and Ribeyrenc vines). His vines are southwest exposed and soils are composed of loose brown schist, which produce lighter and early-drinking wines.
