Alcohol: 11.5% Bottle size: 50cl Vines planted in 1985 Hand harvested after a passerillage of the bunches on the stump, 15 days before. Second passerillage on canisse, under greenhouses. Direct pressing. Static settling overnight. Native yeast. Tasting note: Amber color. The nose is concentrated and expressive, rich in notes of fruit jam alternating with light, more tertiary notes. Full and frank palate.
