Alcohol: 13.5% Bottle size: 75cl Age of the vines: 50-60 years Vinification: Whole grape bunches are pressed and vinified in concrete tanks with the use of indigenous yeast. Short alcoholic fermentation (8-10 days depending on the vintage). Tasting Note: an open and generous bouquet, dominated by aromas of yellow fleshed fruits, well ripe. The palate reveals aromas of apple, lemongrass and white flowers.
