Alcohol:12.5% Bottle size: 75cl Age of the vines: 30 years Vinification: Half of the grapes are destemmed and go through traditional fermentation while the other half goes through semi-carbonic fermentation with whole bunches. After malolactic fermentation the two wines are blended back together. Tasting Note: Intense ruby colour. Open, notes of black fruits, blackcurrant, spices and pepper. Fresh, elegant and balanced, supple tannins, good persistence.
