something
Pierre is not the son of a winemaker but his encounters led him to become a winemaker. He started his apprenticeship in a big wine merchant house. He also trained in wineries like Domaine du Mortier and Domaine des Griottes where he discovered natural wines. In 2006, he bought a house and old vines in Bourgueil where he made 9 vintages. Today, Pierre takes care 2 hectares of cabernet and 0.5 hectare of chenin in the Clos and 2 other hectares of chenin and old vines outside the Clos. He vinifies organically using as few inputs as possible.
