AK 400 (Gamay) 2016 Year: 2016 Cuvée: AK 400 Cepage: 100% Gamay Style: 100% naturel wine. Not filtred, no sulfites added Alcohol: 13% A mouth full juice. Red, fruity and ripe. Wine with fresh acidity and a very nice tension. Every sip is an adventure. Still a bit young, plenty of life left. The wild vinyard with our Gamay is about 40 -50 years old. The soil is argilo, calcaire with Flint. The plants are not aligned and grow wildly in our fields. Grapes are partly destemmed before entering into the oaken barrels.
