Additional Information

The wine ferments in stainless steel tanks because we cold-settle it if necessary. Maceration lasts for 7 to 8 days. Once completed, it undergoes aging in concrete tanks and is bottled the following spring.
Located northeast of Vaison-La-Romaine in the southern Côtes du Rhône, we work 15 hectare of organic vineyards since 1974. We maintain a freshness and lightness in our wines by dedicating ourselves to very intense vineyard work that allows us to harvest earlier , resulting in less concentrated wines.
