From the Grower
"The maceration of whole grapes brings nice fruit; the nose develops notes of ripe and candied cherries, liquorice and roasts. On the palate, an explosion of cherry aroma is supported by a beautiful aromatic freshness, punctuated by a saline finish"

something
Located in the heart of Alsace, only a few kilometers from Colmar, Domaine Gross is a family-owned estate dedicated to the biodynamic philosophy. In the family spirit and with a relentless commitment to respect tradition, Remy and Vincent today cultivate 10 hectares and vinify the entire harvest following biodynamic. Over the last four vintages, we have become more and more involved in the production of wines, without any input or sulphite. Our process is simple : applying the vinification technique of red wines (maceration) on all Alsatian grape varieties. New momentum for our wines : an explosion of aromas for a dry character, ideal for any gastronomic adventure !
