Mum’s cooking:
The wine presents itself like mum’s cooking, simply. Her kitchen we grew up in : with friends of the family, good vegetables and beautiful recipies… you can only imagine !
In this bottle , there are only grapes, courage and an enormous amount of love like in that of our mum’s recipies. Except, I heard already the purists say «no» !
They have good reason : there is a minimal adjustment of sulpher… but not enough to prevent you embracing your neighbour.
Best shared in large glasses between friends. The soil hasn’t seen the use of chemical input nor mechanical weeding.

The Vintage 2021 :
Later than the last vintages, 2021 promises red wines very typical of the Loire Valley, with freshness, fruit and suppleness. This harvest is faithful to the lovely Loire vintage with beautiful aromatic expressions.
